Preventative Maintenance

You leave it to us for total peace of mind:
 

CAP's "Silver" plan includes all the “Bronze” services plus all the manufacturers’ recommendations are performed. We provide high quality parts and lubricants, along with expert labor and related services. In addition wireless Smartlink Uptime Service is installed (where available) and remote monitoring is available. Smartlink includes, Monthly Service E-mail, Machine Status Overview, Service Performance Dashboard and Service Log. This is essential for critical processes where there is no back-up or the compressor is in a remote location.

Ultimate Monitoring with Energy Related Dashboards:

 

We take complete responsibility of the compressed air equipment and real time auditing.

 

CAP's "Gold" plan includes all the “Silver” services plus Smartlink Energy Service (where available) and remote monitoring is available. Smartlink Energy includes all the Uptime service plus SMS/Email Warning, Event List , Actual machine status, performance indicators in Energy Related Dashboards, Energy Related Graphs, Reporting Function for Events, energy and Flow, Pressures & Dewpoint (PDF,Word, Excel).
